Meet the Hexagon Geospatial Leadership
Mladen has over 15 years of combined experience across Hexagon companies. During his career, Mladen has held senior leadership positions at Leica Geosystems, Intergraph, and now Hexagon Geospatial. As the President of Hexagon Geospatial, Mladen leads all areas of the business, ensuring a positive customer experience from development and product management to customer support, marketing, and sales. His overarching goal is to lead the company and the industry into a new era of innovation. In his free time, he likes to ski and play soccer.
Georg HammererChief Operations Officer
Georg Hammerer leads the sales team and business development efforts worldwide. Prior to this position, he was the Product Line Director for Intergraph’s geospatial server products and Managing Director of Intergraph Austria. Before that, he was the development lead for GeoMedia Smart Client since 2007. Georg greatly enjoys spending time with his family, and often skis the slopes with his wife and two boys, a skill he says is mandatory for all Austrians. He also plays beach volleyball whenever he can. Georg says being one of the oldest players in his league doesn’t stop him from regularly acing opponents.

Becky HarrisChief Financial Officer
Becky has been an integral part of Hexagon for 20 years, serving in a number of key leadership roles within Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure (HSI). As the CFO for Hexagon Geospatial, Becky manages our global finance, accounting, and operations teams. Prior to joining Hexagon Geospatial, Becky was the Vice President of Global Financial Operations & Americas Finance and Accounting Director for HSI. She has extensive experience in global accounting and operational finance, with proven successes in management, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, revenue recognition, financial analysis, and financial reporting. Becky holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and attended another university on an athletic scholarship. In her free time, Becky enjoys spending time with her family, reading and going to the gym.
Jason SimsChief Marketing Officer
Jason leads a global team of product marketers, core content creators, and field and marketing operations. With over ten years of experience within the geospatial industry, Jason has led marketing efforts across multiple Hexagon brands. At Hexagon Geospatial, Jason combines his lifelong love for maps, relevant technology, compelling stories around geography, and effective communications. While he enjoys content strategy, digital marketing, and the social media onslaught, he is also a family man, and tries to still find time for running, hiking/backpacking, and some non-work related travel.
Kenyon WaughExecutive Technical Director, Smart M.App Solutions
Kenyon leads the Hexagon Smart M.App Solutions Team providing Smart M.App® users with the content and tools to rapidly build a Hexagon Smart M.App. His team works with partners, empowering them to create, publish and market their own Smart M.Apps, as well as creating innovative Smart M.Apps for Hexagon Geospatial. Over the past 20 years, he has served in business development and product roles at both DigitalGlobe and Spatial Energy, specializing in innovative business approaches, growth, and emerging business models through building community and partnerships. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley College and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Colorado, Boulder.
Craig EriksonVice President, Americas
Craig is responsible for managing the Hexagon Geospatial North American team, as well as the relationships across Hexagon companies in the Americas. In addition to this responsibility, Craig also leads our Global Content Partnerships, developing new and innovative partnerships with geospatial data providers. He has over 20 years of experience with geospatial technologies. Previously, Craig spent 14 years in various leadership positions in product, sales and strategic account management at leading space-based imaging companies. Prior to that, he led teams responsible for developing strategy for optimizing retail networks for a global energy company, and technical marketing teams at a leading geospatial software company. Craig holds a master’s degree with a specialization in remote sensing and GIS from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Grace MicallefExecutive Director, APAC
Grace Micallef has over 18 years of experience in international sales management and business development in Information Technology and Geospatial industries. She has been with Hexagon companies since 2007. Currently, Grace is the executive director for the Asia-Pacific region for Hexagon Geospatial based out of Melbourne, Australia. In this role she spearheads sales and strategic growth initiatives, and is focused on growing the region’s business through direct sales and the partner network. Grace is dedicated to delivering innovative geospatial solutions not only to traditional markets, but expanding the value of geospatial information to all industries. In her free time, Grace enjoys running and cooking.
Massimo PaganiExecutive Director, EMEA
Massimo Pagani is the EMEA Sales Director for Hexagon Geospatial. He joined Intergraph nearly 27 years ago, and has over 29 years of experience within the Technology Industry. Prior to this position, he held a leadership role within Intergraph managing all of Italy for Geospatial Business within the Military and Defense, Government and Transportation, and Utilities and Communication industry.
Atanu SinhaDirector, India and SAARC
Atanu Sinha is responsible for managing the operations for India and SAARC regions for Hexagon Geospatial. In this role, he spearheads business and strategic growth initiatives of its Geospatial Portfolio and is focused on growing the region’s business through both direct sales and the partner network. He has over 18 years of experience in Management, Sales, and Marketing,focusing on IT solutions and business development. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and has an in-depth understanding of geospatial applications and their delivery systems. Prior to his current role, Atanu has worked for Leica Geosystems, ESRI India, Cyient, and Rolta.
